Faroe Islands-based Bjarti Peterson is a ship navigator and commercial diver.

From the coast of Vestmanna, Bjarti and his business partner Benjamin have supplied local restaurants with seafood – like Michelin-starred eatery KOKS – since 2014.

Bjarti says he's mindful of depleting urchin populations, so keeps his operations to a minimum to protect the species.
